4 Fun DIY Baby Shower Party Favor Ideas
It is easy to make your baby shower a great memory for your guests with some easy do it yourself craft ideas. These four ideas are very simple to do and do not take a whole lot of time or money.
* If you are handy in the kitchen you could make up a batch of cake pops and ice them in pretty pastel colors. Once done, drop each one into a lollipop cellophane bag and tie a ribbon around it. Cake Pops are all the rage now and would make a great baby shower party favor and look cute on the tables too.
* You can find free printing templates online to print out some great paper tea bag covers. You will want to use one of those free templates, type in your own wording and choose pastel colors. Print out as many as you need. Head to the store and purchase individually wrapped tea bags and a few glue sticks. Once home you simply wrap the tea bags into your printed wrappers using the glue stick and you’re done!
* Purchase a case of bottled spring water (the individual water bottles) and soak off their labels. Print out some custom labels that you make on the computer and use a glue stick to attach them around each water bottle. You can have these labels say anything baby shower related that you want. Place one at each place setting on the table. The guests can drink the water at the party or take them home afterwards.
* Obtain copies of the couple's ultrasound photo. You will need one copy for each guest who is attending the paper shower. Head to your local craft store to pick up some baby themed scrapbooking paper. You will need enough sheets to cover the backs of each ultra sound photo along with a few glue sticks. Trim down the scrapbooking paper to cover the back and apply it with glue. Roll up the photos like scrolls and tie them close with pastel ribbon with the scrapbooking paper showing on the outside. Print out a customized label or tag and attach it to the scroll. Each guess will now be able to take home a photo of the baby from the ultrasound.
