You will need:
*One Styrofoam wreath 8 or 10 inches
*Three yards of baby themed ribbon (wide ribbon) and small ribbon
*Mesh bling
*A pair of plain crocheted baby booties
*The little fabric flowers
*Glue gun
*Corsage pins
First thing to do is start to wrap ribbon all around the ring, wrap real tight. You can either glue or use corsage pins to start the ribbon and end with it.
Try to line up the lines so they flow evenly.Once done with ribbon, began on booties.Take the tie part of the booties and replace with a string of bling.
Add more strings of bling on the outlines of booties.
Add your flower last and set a side.
Add a hanger by folding a piece of matching ribbon in half,( you want at least 5 inches, leave about an inch or so on each side and secure with corsage pins, do not glue) glue ends together and add to the top of the wreath, decorate the rest of the ring by taking a strip of bling ( two at a time) wrap and glue down.
Add flowers or whatever you choose next.
When your all finished string together the booties with matching ribbon and tie around the hanger closest to the part where you glued hanger onto the wreath ( hides glued part) decorate that ribbon with MORE bling, lol.. can u tell I love bling:)
Make a bow, attach that to the hanger as well and you are done!
